Okay for all you Apple iphone lovers, here’s an 8 FOOT long multi-touch display wall. That’s taller than me (I’m 5’1 mind you).
The creator, Jefferson Han, first displayed his godlike touch screen at the Technology Entertainment Design Conference in Monterey, California in 2007. A few months later it’s a video and a hit on Youtube. He founded his company Perceptive Pixel to develop his invention which is now distributed to the military. He’s an engineer with a background in graphics and decided one day that there should just be something this awesome. He wanted to take advantage of the multi-touch technology and actually make it multi-touch (more than one) while be able to give you better graphics.
The screen can have more than one user and more than one hand using it at a time but if for some reason you don’t want to fondle the screen, you can also use a stylus. Similar to the iphone, you can zoom in and zoom out the same way as well as type (the keyboard is just bigger). Not only is it a big ass screen but it allows you to display your programs more easily and I’m not referring to how big the screen is. You can actually swirl your pictures around and manually pick out the ones you want to view. The screen is also easy to even for the technology impaired.
Suck on this Apple.
HOLY SH*T!!! I almost spilled my coffee heh. This is like stuff from the Minority Report movie. I can’t wait to use this on my laptop
i would do dirty things on that screen :X
we don’t want to know waht that is…

I think this first came out about a year ago. There’s no manufacturer that has announced any products from it yet.
This is quite possibly the coolest thing I’ve ever seen…
