It’s August already! Can you believe it? School will be starting soon for all you suckers out there. Hahaha Excited? I can only imagine.
Well I know lately I’ve been slacking on the round up but here’s a fresh batch of mostly new songs. I don’t most of the artists either so it was fun to here something new and different.
Next week I’m going to do another theme round up but this time it’s going to be game music as in music featured in games. I’ve been playing Final Fantasy IV for DS since it only came out a few weeks ago so I’m in the gaming mood. I found a lot of cool songs that I wanted to share but there’s so many good ones I’m still debating. Ha!
Hey! Say! Jump – Your Seed
This is like a techno, hip hop, pop song with a bunch of jailbait looking guys. Although some of them are kind of cute. The beat actually gets cool towards the middle when they bust into a solo and the music turns into a traditional Chinese techno song. Then after that it’s the same thing for another minute.
Arashi – One Love
You would think after awhile the whole kawaii pop songs would die but apparently they haven’t. I love Arashi especially after watching Hana Yori Dango but the videos are so girly, like Barbie, tea parties and pink girly. But if you get past that, the song is kind of good if you’re in the mood for it.
Kingone Wang – Lovin’ You
This is a very easy going song that reminds me of Oasis and Jay Chou, although I wouldn’t say he’s better than either. I’ve never heard of him before and this is an old song. Overall, listening to it once or twice was good enough for me until he gets better, I’ll stick to the sexy Jay Chou.
AAA – Music!!!
Always been an AAA fan, no not the insurance company. It’s been awhile since I’ve heard a song from them even though they’ve been active. They only came out with this song about a week ago so I was psyched to hear it. The girls in the group are really kawaii so even though the music video isn’t anything special, the girls are something to look forward to.
Flow – World End
Never heard Flow before but after listening to this song I believe I just became a fan. The song is upbeat and very different from your normal emo punk. I was starting to get tired of listening to Fall Out Boy. The video is a bit morbid but the song is upbeat so I found that kind of strange then again most Japanese videos don’t make sense.
