Random News of the Day: Japanese broadcasting station NHK uses anime characters to tell the weather
Wouldn’t it be awesome to wake up in the morning and watch anime characters give you the day’s weather? It would definitely wake up me in the morning. Japan’s broadcasting station NHK currently has an anime character named Haru-chan (Spring-chan) who helps Japan know what kind of weather to expect for the day.
