Indeed, I can do mascara… Mascara can be such a mess if you don’t do it right! I like to wear it sometimes. Did you know to prevent your eyeliner from running, you “smudge” it? And you dab a little powder on your eyelashes before applying mascara so it won’t run or smudge either. And then use the comb on the eyebrow brush to groom through your lashes. My auntie who works in Mary Kay told me.
