Hey Eddie,

Here’s an idea. When these games were being made, there was a contest that went out across the country to have the fans design the Bosses (Masters) for the games and the winners would be immortalized in the game if they were chosen.

Why don’t you have a contest and extend it to this forum and all the other forums out there that are dedicated to Megaman to design the movie’s poster (Mock DVD artwork). The winner can be added to the closing credits of the film. Just provide each forum with the artwork/pics and go from there.

This will definitely provide some buzz for the movie and get the fans involved.

Funny thing, when I was in 6th grade I drew up my own “Drill Man”, he looked and acted just like he did in 4. Then when 4 came out, I was like “they stole my idea!” lol

or better how about a contest to see who can create a story idea for a megaman meets megaman x game.the rerason for cause i’ve watch the cartoon as kid everyday then i’ve saw episode 26 mega x.then i’ve watch again this year but it was just a suggestion what do you guys think?

I would love to find out how the 2 characters are connected and how X came to be but even Keiji Inafune refuses to merge the 2 stories together. He created similarities and wants to leave it at that.

Zero was created by Wily

As far as what happened to Rock in the X series remains a mystery. I like to believe that after several failed attempts, Wily created Zero and Zero killed rock. The remains of Rock were used to create X. Zero was captured by human forces and placed in suspended animation X wasn’t finished in time and wasn’t needed so he too was placed in suspended animation.

But to do something like that, this movie would have to generate some sort of income and because it is a fan film that is highly unlikely.

If it becomes insanely popular, then maybe he might be inclined to shoot another for the fans.
