Ooo one time I went to a Korean fish market and they had this article on the wall about the bird flu virus that ripped through Asia at the time. I make a mean-ass kimchi btw… And Kimchi for topping on pizza is really good. The smell actually develops during the fermentation process… If you eat the raw kimchi, there is usually less smell associated with that… But I love smelly kimchi and the ‘sour?’ taste it brings… LOL
