The Legend of Bruce Lee TV series



China is set to air a 50-part prime-time series on Bruce Lee, the late kung fu star.  The 50 million yuan (US$7.3 million) series will start airing this Sunday on China Central Television in prime time.

They’ve been doing a lot of “honoring” lately. Museums, tv shows, etc. Is there a special occasion?

The 50th anniversary of his death maybe?

That would make sense.

Are they showing it just in China or the US too?

He’snot as big of a star in the USA as China.
