Heroes Gets Spanked and In Danger of Being Canceled

From the Lan Nguyen blog, by lan on 2008-10-13 12:00:11 (original link)

Heroes is supposedly one of the best shows out there (or at least according to TV.com) but it’s taken a beating lately as ratings hit an all time low. While season two didn’t do so hot either, you would think the slump would end this season (kind of like how the Yankees were this season) but so far it’s a lost cause and there are now talks of cancellation. Oh noes!

All of this is quite shocking as the teaser this season was bad ass but apparently that’s all the action we’re going to get for now until the writers step it up. Honestly I think they’re still pissed off from the Writer’s Strike.

The pattern for Heroes the past two seasons is that it starts slow and ends awesome which may be the case but if ratings continue to fall, NBC might not let them see the end of the season. It just started too!

While my heart shatters for the shows continuing failure, I can’t stand to watch crappy shows.

OMG noooo!

Go figure. Its not that great right now.

I stopped watching after season 2. haha

It’ll get better towards the end.

That sucks. =

Gezzz. I liked the 1st season better. It was unusual but I liked how they kept the use of their powers to a minimum. Now its all wacky and over explosive. I feel like the writers are just throwing things into a blender in hopes that something good will come out.

The first season was awesome. I started the second season and I just got bored and now this third season… UGH. Not my cup of tea.

that’s what they get for putting together a crappy season 2!

I saw the first three episodes last week on Indemand VOD. It wasnt all that great. In fact I was like HUH!?!?

It needs umph really quick.

Aren’t We Lucky… Asian Guys Are So YummY!

I think they might kick out the creator and overturn the writing staff. I remember they did that for Commander in Chief, a show that started great but then went south.

Oh no! If we can’t save the cheerleader, what’ll we do with ourselves? raspberry lol

We’ll watch Dexter!
