I am so excited about this movie and after reading an interview with the director I now have high hopes for how it will turn out. I remember reading that he is going to look for bands or composers and what not to remix the game music for the soundtrack. I’m sure a lot of you have heard of this site, but I want to throw out Ocremix.org. This site is full of DJs/Composers and remix artists that specialize in the gaming format. All ready there is a huge collection of Mega Man remixes on this site, a lot of which would fit well in any movie. There have been many different independent movies that have gone through this site for soundtrack arrangements. Just tossing that out there, great site:) Also have any of you heard of The Protomen? Excellent band. They are Experimental Rock Opera based in the Mega Man universe. Main theme is the struggle of man verses Wilys forces and the blood battle against Mega and Protoman. Very Deep, Very original. Thoughts?
