You know some Asians don’t like being considered Asian like Indians or Hawaiians.

Hm Oddly I never considered either of those Asian. They’ve made their cultures unique enough to be Indian and Hawaiian. Are we going with the fact that India is on the continent and therefore should be considered Asian like any other country there? Russia and Georgia would be a battle of two Asian countries then. That sounds very weird.

Hawaii should never be considered Asian anyway...ever...Aloha. :)

Indians are part of the South Asians identity. Some feel they are not part of the Asian identity. In Europe being called Asians refers to South Asians. While in America most people refer Asians as Chinese/Korean/Japanese of course it inclues many more… Hawaiian are Pacific Islanders. They are consider Asians as well.

I know that but what I’m saying is they don’t like to be considered Asian.

eh..Many times (Read: After our elections) I don’t like being considered American.
