I love gelato. I am so sad that I really cant eat it anymore. I really just have been eatting korean cuisine lately. Lots of homemade soups and stews. But traditionally my family makes a sauce each week even if No one in the house eats it. LOL! |

LOL for Korean I love their kimchi, I get some from my favorite Korean fish market here, and I love the fried squid dish I ordered from a Korean restaurant called Shila here in my town. |

I love PanChan the side dishes. Buhsoot Namul (tree bracken), KongNamMul (beansprouts), ShiGumChi (Spinach) Then I love the different Kimchi’s ChongGak, GacktooGhi and Nabak which are a little similar because of radishes but they are different radishes. These are great with Suhlangtang a soup that omg is so warming! THen I love OI sobagi. I can eat that everyday. I cannot wait till my cucumbers come in my garden because im making it fresh! Pa Kimchi Green Onion is good but omg.. my tummy always gets mushy afterwards. Its good when I need to cleanse my system though.

My family used to eat pasta with ragu (not the brand jar sauce) 2 times a week. Sunday was long pasta and wendesday you had short pasta. There was never any real variety cause the the ragu (sauce) was meat filled. Pigs Feet, Sausage, Meatballs, Peperoni, Bracciole Beef and Pork Meat. After a while you just cant eat that acidy and heavy. Dont get me wrong I miss pasta from time to time but my body doesnt. LOL! But yeah i cook pasta more than that. I have a younger brother and my brother in law. Countless cousins who stop buy so there is always some sort of pasta as a side dish cause tis filling. My fav is when I saute broccoli, pinoli nuts, garlic in a ghee(clearified butter) with a touch of oliveoil and then add sweet mirin. Then i will add a small pasta either a orzo or a farfellini. Saute that maybe add some pepper flakes for color and serve that. My family loves it. I can only have a couple ounces but I am in carb heaven! |
