Namco Bandai Collaborates With Mangakas

From the Ningin blog, by LillianTran on 2009-07-03 11:54:23 (original link)

Namco Bandai knows how to think. They have gotten a few famous mangakas (Japanese word for comic book artists) to design some costumes for the console edition of Tekken 6. One of the designers is the oh-so famous Clamp, known for their unique styles and storylines in Cardcaptor Sakura, Tsubasa, XXXholic, X, and many more.

The costume is still pretty beasty!

its a nice design. but seems a little out of place for Tekken.

I wish I could draw like that ^^

OMG thats soo cool i want this game!

i would love too be a design ...

wow! that is one awesome costume! i wish we could wear that in reality it would make a cool halloween costume! smile

I like the costume alot! Very well done! but it dosen’t really look like Tekken though? Dose it? I love tekken! Hmmm That means there was a Tekken 5 that we never got?

He does look too anime-like. it’s not really a look for Jin compared to other Tekken styles.

That’s pretty cool!

I don’t really play Tekken games anymore. It went downhill after Tekken 3.
