Last time I mentioned wanting to eat and/or try making kimchi, bulgogi, nakji bokkeum, and japchae.
I haven’t had a chance to make - or eat - most of those, yet. But now, I have a few more I would like to try and, even though they don’t really look all that appealing, I’ve heard good things.
