All you need to do is try to match three or more non stop.

I just noticed the time line thing at the bottom slows down every time you make a match tho. XD

have you ever played bejewelled? at facebook etc..
its the same concept as that..
try breaking as many block as possible by allign 3same block together..
the more block u breaks the higher the mark will be..
