autoSubmit 3 days agoThe program will tackle the issue of Tibet with Chinese, American and Tibetan children. The kids will debate whether politics should be a part of the Olympics, and if not, whether a ban violates the right to free speech.
Nickelodeon has these types of programs? That’s amazing. Haha
Most of them are probably brain washed.

...but this “Torchlight On Tibet” thing really bothers me…
I was watching Nickelodeon last night with my two kids when this show came on. I was really angry because the show really painted a one-sided biased view on the situation on Tibet, making China look really bad. I don’t know enough about the situation in Tibet to really take a side on the issue, but the show took the very typical “Free Tibet” stance without ever presenting a true understanding of the political situation there and what it is that the Dalai Lama is truly asking for.
