How inconsiderate. I bet they’re not even going to do anything.

They’ll probably be forced to.

What can they really do to fix it though. It’s not like they can replace it.

Pay for the glue, tape, and whatever else is needed to repair the artifacts.

Well even if they are unrepairable I think the museum(s) can use the pieces to create replicas of the complete pieces for exhibits. Even if the pieces aren’t intact they can still keep the history intact.

lol I do that during a poker game when i get bored. I lick the back of an ace and put it on my forehead to taunt the other players. Drives them crazy but it works nicely for bluffs. raspberry

lol Well that’s why Purell was born. But honestly it’s just a few friends who are also just as nuts so not epidemic proportions. I wouldn’t do it at a casino and I usually stick with slot machines there anyway.

Shame on them. I would feel stupid after that.

I was watching some documentaries on that place in China with all those hanging coffins.. They’re building (or were building) some kind of dam out there & by doing that, they’re going to be losing a bunch of historical artifacts & things like that, so archaeologists have been digging like mad, trying to get stuff out from there, before it’s all ruined.

The point of my rant is that: I don’t think the Chinese government really cares. If they’re willing to flush away a bunch of stuff for a dam, why would they care if someone dented some 3,000 year old pot (or whatever)?.. They don’t care about people (*cough*Tiananmen Square*cough* *cough*Tibet*cough*), they don’t care about animals (http://buyhard.net46.net/animalcruelty.htm).. Why would they care about 3,000 year old inanimate objects?

Don’t get me wrong, it’s honestly very tragic that this has happened, but I really don’t think it matters to them. If it does, I think it’s more of a show for the press, rather than a real concern for them.
