Yeah makes no sense that the US debut’s press announcement would be held in Seoul? Shes sung whole songs in English before and has not done well. I hope she does not pull a Utada Hikaru or a Coco Lee and changes her image.

Coco Lee unfortunatly has the english but kinda lacking on the looks.... She still cool tho, not saying she is not good looking.. do I make sense? lol

Oh she spoke very bad english a couple years ago at a asian mtv award show and then when britney visited korea..

Imust say she did try very hard. The clarity of thought was there for sure. And she did have a english album release of her hits in asia with songs like sara, spark, and no1 just sung in english. However her lyrics are never translated well enough that they are on par with what is popular here.

Same with se7en when he had some of his songs translated to english
