I read a article once where Japanese women in Japan were living such great lives being single that it did not pay for them to get married and have children. They liked working in the work force and doing their own thing without issues of Japanese men.

The article also said Japanese men found it easier not to actually have a standard average relationship but rather have virtual girlfriends and other forms of companionship that did not require so much emotion.

Ya seriously, why don’t they blame the guys for being too shy!

Well some Japanese women are very picky.

It is easier without having to deal with the other half. haha

But a lot of the babies being produced in Japan are with foreigners.

It’s such a lonely life though.

(Don’t know if it’s true cuz they are a couple of oddballs)

They say a lot of Japanese don’t like committed relationship.
Even if you have a bf/gf you only see them like once a week
and they like to have an open relationship…
It’s usually friends before your significant other according to them…

Mia’s point in increasing number of singles is probably also another problem…
