I would hate to hear people play with their phones while in a public place.
I hate people who talk of their phones in quiet areas like libraries. Ugh!
Don’t they have signal blockers in libraries now?
No just libraries made where the materials naturally block the signals. The problem comes to emergencies. People want to knwo they can use their cells if there is a fire or something else wrong in the buildings. They will fight for the right to use the phones in the libraries.
